Hopefully this is in the right section to garner a response. Alot of paleo websites talk about the importance of alkalinity ballance. A google search of it brings up a plethora of raw vegan

websites so i am struggling to find the information i need.
I target about 200g of protein a day (target class <105kg) of which about 60g comes from Whey and the rest comes from mainly red meat, white meat and eggs.
I was wondering if there was a guide for how much leafy greens to take in to manage alkalinity.
Yesterdays (alkalinity inducing) food log was 2 cups spinach, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, 3 cups of lettuce (romaine), half an avacado and a bunch of other salad ingredients in lower quantities at around 2000cals. In hesitant to add too much more fruit in and its tough to get much more leafy greens in without becoming a full time ruminant.
