I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe that fruit also increases alkalinity. I have the worst memory in the world, but I vaguely recall Robb explaining how even lemon juice (maybe it was lime) actually becomes alkaline after digestion. So... with that in mind, if you're eating vegetables and fruit with your meals or around your meals, then I would think that your alkalinity is fine.
