I don't really buy this stuff too much.
Body regulates pH in the body within about .2 or something, so it's never going to be out of whack so much as long as you are eating a fairly healthy variety of good foods.
If we are talking about acidity/alkaline in terms of leeching and or absorbing/not absorbing proper nutrieints in the body
Bottom line = good quality food + exercise + good sleep = healthy
