2 whole wheat toast with peanut butter + 50g whey shake - 550-600cals

5 hot dogs, half can italian wedding soup - 650 cals

2 hotdogs - 200 cals

home made lasagna - dunno, maybe 500cals

half pound bacon - 1050 cals

1l whole milk - 640cals


Total : about 3600-3650. I'll switch my target to somewhere between 3500 and 4000 calories but never over 4000.
