Took a couple days off... just had to. Anyway, kept up with my soft tissue and mobility work so I felt pretty solid going into today's session.
Snatch: (lotsa work today)
- 70kg 3 x 1 reps
- 75kg 3 x 1 reps
- 70kg x 1
- 75kg x 1
- 80kg 2 x 1 reps
- 85kg x 1
- 90kg x 1
- 80kg x 1
Clean and Jerk:
- 90kg x 2
- 100kg 2 x 1
- 105kg x 1
Front Squat:
- 90kg x 3
- 110kg x 2
- 125kg x 1
- 135kg x 1
Not too bad. Form was a bit rough due to the layoff on the snatch, hence the wave loading.
