I'd rather not sleep with a wristwatch.
The dusk/dawn simulators (BioBrite, Phillips and others) seem to get too many bad reviews for unreliability on Amazon. And they all seem to have green or red LEDs.
The Zen clocks don't have radios (now, there's a surprise).
My problem isn't waking up, it's sleeping well during the night. The ideal clock would be a normal clock radio with a display that turns off during sleep hours. Who needs to know what time it is when he should be sleeping anyway?
