Hmm, that ceramic tile will be more sensitive and I've seen tile crack even under a standard homemade platform (two base layers of plywood, + 3/4 inch thick stall mats on either side). BUT, that was with weights consistently dropped from overhead for an extended period (1.5+ years).
I'd recommend laying down some standard rubber gym flooring as a base layer, switching up the orientation of your lifting setup from time to time, and learning how to lower the lighter lifts in a controlled fashion to minimize the potential for wear and tear.
