2 pieces toast with peanut butter and 2 scoops whey - 700

3 cups whole milk with 2 scoops whey - 700

2 jumbo hot dogs, 1 bun, 2 glasses milk - 850

3 pizza pockets - 720

1 glass milk - 160

4 cups milk - 640

Total: 3770

Going to be stricter about getting close to 3500. Just did some full rom parallette push ups and they feel just as easy as they did when I weighed 180 so that encouraging.
