FINALLY got to train! Suffice it to say, this wasn't the most pleasant week. Four days out of the gym made it worse by far. Moving on...
Kept it pretty light and low volume.
- worked up to 70kg for 3 x 2 reps
Clean and Jerk:
- worked up to 90kg 3 x 1. (short rest)
- then 100kg x 1
- 110kg x 3
- 130kg x 1
- 140kg x 1
Therapy. Food. Sleep.
