Acceptable session yesterday considering it was only my 3rd in 8 days... I'll take it.
Snatch:
- 70kg x 2
- 75kg 3 x 1 rep
- 80kg 4 x 1 rep
- 85kg x 1
- 70kg 2 x 2
Clean and Jerk:
- 90kg 2 x 1
- 100kg x 1
- 110kg x Clean (almost passed out on the jerk so i dumped it. good clean though)
- 110kg x 1 (didn't rack this one as 'deep' so it was good)
- 95kg 2 x 1
Back Squat:
- 110kg x 3
- 130kg x 2
- toast
Didn't have much left for squats - gonna have to ramp back up again i guess.
