S+HighHS: 40x3x2, 50x2, 60, 65, 70(x missed S), 70(x missed HHS), 70, 72.5(x missed S). S: 65x2, 65x3. (worked on holding the bottom position in these: missed on to the left, and one to the right, very unusual... haven't been sleeping enough)
C&J: 50x3x3, 70x2, 80x2, 90, 95, 100, 100x2, 102.5x2, 105 (aborted second C after first pull: bar came away from knees), 90x2, 80x2, 50x2.
Felt quite dizzy after this workout. Putting it down to not sleeping enough.
Snatch: 114kg. C&J: 140kg. BS/FS: 195/160kg.
