One of those "clock-punching" sessions today. Got hit by one of those 24hr bugs Thursday night that just wiped me out. Was feeling much improved by this morning but the effects of thebug made itself known.
Snatch:

Should've stopped here as I was not generating any power on the bar but I'm too stubborn...

I almost never miss 90... that'll teach me to listen to myself.

Back Squat:
110 x 3
130 x 3
