Probably impinged your median nerve somewhere in the range of pronator teres..... maybe yours runs through it. Sometimes that happens. Called pronated teres syndrome.

Anyway, do some nerve glides. google first link... median nerve glides (wekll, do all 3 radial, median, ulnar) and see if they help.

also, get in there with some heat or soft tissue massage and loosen things up
