DAY 5


fast until 11:40A.M

MEAL 1
4-6 oz grilled chicken
4 oz wild salmon
1 piece stuffed squash
1 slice paleo pumpkin pie w/ coconut cream

Meal 2
3 3-4 oz chicken breasts w/ olive oil
couple slices of steak
1/2 cup steamed carrots
salad with red wine vinegar ( tomatoes, cucumber , lettuce)
