DAY 7

fast until 11:40A.M

MEAL 1
4-6 oz wild boar
1/2 Cup sweet potato ( with bacon and coconut milk)
2 cups brocoli

MEAL 2
4-5 oz chicken
zucchini bean sprouts mushrooms sautéed in coconut oil
spoonful of penut butter

Snack
piece of acorn squash
2-3 oz chicken

Meal 2
4-5 oz chicken breast
shrimp and avocado salad
1/2 cup steamed carrots
1 cup of pineapple
3-4 walnuts
