DOMS does nothing to hinder or hurt workouts, so I don't see why it's a concern at all.
Compression stuff does have its usefulnesses perhaps. there may be slight improvements shunting blood back to the heart and may be useful when its really cold out.
Obviously, they're not going to be world beating stuff but if you want to eke out a bit more from your performance or want to try it feel free to go for it.
I mean, personally its probably best to focus on the big 3 (sleep, ttraining, diet) as thats where most of the results come from anywya. but i fyou ahve money to spare then go for it.
