Had a change of command this morning...Yuma gets a little cold..hard to believe.
My legs felt like (2) tree trunks drilling/marching...due to front squats/burpees/thrusters from yesterday.

Baseline/Warmup (light)
KB H2H drills/Windmills/High kicks on heavy bag/42" box jump x5

Clean & Jerk
45lbs - 185lbs warmup
205lbs 2x3
185lbs 1x3 (power clean/jerk)

20 dead-hang pullups
70lb KB clean/press ladder (1,2,3,4,5 both sides)
15 dead-hang pullups
(2) 42" box jumps
10 GHD situps
40 flutter kicks
(2) 42" box jumps
10 GHD situps

(dead-hang pullups are starting to get really easy...I remember Rudy Reyes telling me he does sets of 5 x 20 reps for his routine on first I thought this was unapproachable...but soon I feel I may be able to do at least 2-3..Father and Mother!).
