Workout

Meal 1
~200-250g grilled pork
Some salad (lettuce, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes)

Meal 2
4 large hard boiled eggs
Some salad (lettuce, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes)

Meal 3
~200g ground beef
Some peeled tomatoes
Some broccoli

Supplements
Vitamin D
Fish oil
