30 Back Extensions
20 Lateral Leg Raises (per leg)

20 Clapping Push-Ups
30 Inverted Rows
20 Pistol Jumps (10 per leg)
10 Handstand Push-Ups
20 1-Foot Lateral Hops (5 per leg per direction)
