We had an event at Crossfit Basel
(wfs), I did a couple of demos, first was the strongman stuff. Second was a weightlifting demo. I was pretty stoked to hit 115 C&J after about 2 months of trying. I was damn surprised too as I'd had a couple of glasses of wine and at least three beers before my weightlifting demo
