Which cycle you should start with? Mind elaborating on what your numbers are with for each lift being press, bench, squat, deadlift, c&j, snatch?

I'm sorry, but your question doesn't really make sense.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
