1) To not be a complete pussy.
2) Squat every week, work on mobility to avoid injuries that have forced past layoffs from squatting
3) Let life be the place where I stress, workout to be less stressed.
4) Embrace training ADD and enjoy gym/workout time without guilt.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
