Squat: 400 Past PR: 325
F. Squat: 300 Past PR: 200
Clean and Press: 200
Power Clean: 225 Past PR: 185
One Arm Dead: 300 Best: 225
One Arm Press: 100
Body Weight: 165 (15# away)
Also:
- Stop obsessing over needing to mass gain all the time and just train and have fun
- Make it through selection onto the Greenville PD in the next month
- Do 1 or 2 powerlifting meets this year
