Honestly, there's no big secret to planche except consistent training over a period of years. Those that get it within a year or even 6 months usually already have significant amounts of strength training behind them or they have freakish genetics (and are relatively on the shorter, ligther side of things).
But you do have to make sure yoru exercises and volume/intensity are enough such that you are making progress over every mesocycle (or microcycle when you're newer to training).
I definitely wouldn't pay for a program like that.. but that's just cause I know how to program this stuff effectively. There are no shortcuts.....
