Most of my little guys liked the deadlift. Our girls basically muscle-clean the bar and we help them push-press. Considering this, I at least tried to teach them to do it with a straight/flat/arch back versus rounded yesterday. Eventually this will become a problem.
I'm still pro DL vs BS. Did do some weighted lunges and that seemed pretty good. I'm actually almost leaning to this Bulgarian Split Squat maybe. It's a hell of a lot easier to weight than a SLS or Pistol. Then again, hypertrophy.
