Mass Gain on IF
Recently I have been following Crossfit Football and IFing with a 7 hr feeding window and making some strength and lean mass gains. I starting IFing because it fits very well with my work schedule and I like training fasted. However, I am wondering if I am short changing myself at all by trying to get stronger/more powerful while IFing. As long as I am consuming the proper amount of calories in my eating window, am I limiting my potential with IF?
