I usually order every few months, i think even with the postal from the US, nearly everything works out cheaper than Singapore where things like vitamin C can cost 40 dollars a bottle!
Usually get vit D, fish oil(carlsons), magnesium glycinate, zinc, bcaas, curcumin...
