Sounds good. For my legs, i have been following the wendler 5/3/1 backsquat. I mainly started this as a controlled effort to regain leg strength after they went untrained for relatively some time as I battled to get my hip pain diagnosed. Would you recommend backing off the 531 all together while i recover?
