TRAINING AT HGVS

Warming up with 6 sets of leg exstensions.

HIGH BOX SQUAT
5x5 45kg - okay, my knee did not hurt as much

MUSCLE SNATCH FROM BOXES
2x3 25kg
2x3 30kg
2x3 32,5kg - light weight and focus on technique

STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFT SNATCH GRIP TO KNEE
5x 35kg
5x 45kg
4x 50kg
2x4x 60kg
4x 65kg

MILITARY PRESS
5x 25kg
5x 30kg
2x5x 35kg Lightweight! - I can easily press 40-45kg

COMMENT ON THE TRAINING
Nice training! It feels good to be able to train ordinary again. From monday next week I am going to tran my legs with full weight again. It is the last week where I can train normal, before the danish nationals.
