HB Squat
60 lbs, 70 lbs, 85 lbs, 100 lbs, 115 lbs x 5 reps

Tuesday 2/15/11

High Pulls
70 lbs, 90 lbs, 100 lbs, 115 lbs x 3 reps

Press

45 lbs, 50 lbs, 60 lbs, 65 lbs x 5 reps

HB Squat
60 lbs, 70 lbs x 5 reps
85 lbs x 5 reps x 2 sets

Thursday 2/17/11
