TRAINING AT AK ATLAS

Warmed up with leg exstensions

HIGH BOXSQUAT
5x5x 20kg - only to get the feeling. My normal squat routine goes up to 105kg's for reps.

CLEANPULL OF BLOCKS
4x 55kg
4x 60kg
4x 62,5kg
4x 72,5kg
2x3x 80kg

BICEPS+TRICEPS+BACK
puuuuuuump!

A very good training. I trained with some friends who also are weightlifters but they have done it for many years, compared to me. Today we promised each other that our big goal is the olympic games 2016. If we qualify(the chance for my friend is very big) then it will be the first danish woman/women at the olympics.
