Mid-Hang Snatch: 70x3x4 (missed the 2nd rep on the 2nd and 3rd set... felt heavy)
(pause) Back Squat: 110x3x3
Jerk Supports: 150x2x3 (a rep being around 2-5 seconds)
Deadlifts (with straps): 140x3, 145x3, 150x3
PUs: 7,8

Various ab, dumbell work. Stretching, focussing on hamstrings.
Age/Height/BW: 29/6'/100kg.
Snatch: 114kg. C&J: 140kg. BS/FS: 195/160kg.
