(pause) Back Squat: 110x3x3
Jerk Supports: 150x2x3 (a rep being around 2-5 seconds)
Deadlifts (with straps): 140x3, 145x3, 150x3
Various ab, dumbell work. Stretching, focussing on hamstrings.
Snatch: 114kg. C&J: 140kg. BS/FS: 195/160kg.
