I am going to keep the 2x30lb for Met cons of Squat Cleans, Renegade rows, 2 DB Power Snatch, etc.
I am thinking of getting 2x40lb for thrusters, push press, lunges, 1 DB OverHead lunges, etc.
I am thinking of getting 1x55lb and 1x70lb for all KBell subs (1.5 and 2 pood).
