Front Squats: 130x2x4 (last rep took forever)
Jerk from racks: ...90, 100, 110, 115, 100x1x3, 105x1x3
PUs, Abs, hamstring and shoulder stretches.
Right arm a bit sore, at the top of the forearm, bicep and delt. I think it's partly due to the front squats, and bowling pace on the w/e.
Snatch: 114kg. C&J: 140kg. BS/FS: 195/160kg.
