3/15 worked on a bunch of HS and one arm elbow levers
3/16 worked on cleaning up my routines
RTO dips: 3x5
OAC negs B: 2x5s, 2x5s, 1x5s, 1x5s
RTO support holds
Can still do english press HS albeit not very cleanly
