Bench Press (40x8, 50% x 6, 55% x 5)= warm-up
75% x 5, 85% x 3, 275lbs x 5 reps (AMRAP)

For Monday, 3/21
Workout of the Day:
Shoulder Press (65lbs%x8, 75lbs% x 6, 95lbs x 5)= warm-up
135lbs x 5, 155lbs x 3, 175lbs x AMRAP (5 reps)
