Deadlifts: 245 x 3, 280 x 3, 315 x 8, 185 x 4 x 10
Ab Wheel: 4 x 25
arms and tris

was gonna do squats or something for quads to balance out but my low back was pretty tired by then. Almost had 315 for 10 but I felt a little off. 245 and 280 felt like pulling the bar only haha
