Then, some light press work, good mornings, and some jumps. Stretching.
Felt a bit slow and tired today. Was going to try for 125, until I did 120. Will do Wednesday light, cut Thursday, and head in on Saturday again.
Snatch: 114kg. C&J: 140kg. BS/FS: 195/160kg.
