Yeah I can't thank you guys enough for enlightening me. I just believed everything I read on the crossfit website because...hell special forces guys can't be wrong right? If I would have injured myself because of my ignorance of crossfit's lies, it would have severely jeopardized the livelihood of my family. I have to do alot of walking around on offshore platforms, because I work for the government agency that inspects them. If I can't walk, I can't work, and with government downsizing right now, it would be bad to be hurt....So thanks again for saving me...I really mean it.
