Off day today. Did some static stretches beforehand in the ankle and hammies so I could hold a good receiving position. Didn't record it, so I'm not sure if or how much it helped, but it certainly interfered with my strength.
Snatched up to 185# and missed at 190#. Backed down to 165# x 3 which were pretty easy.
C&J only up to 225# then backed off to 195 x 3 which were much more crisp.
Pull-ups + 10# x 7 x 3.
Then stretched out the ankles and hammies a little more.
