snatches 8x2 25
Clean and Jerk 8x1 50 kgs
Squat: 3x5 57.5
Push press : 5x3 30
Missed some of the jerks. I was reaally sore in traps and shoulders, couldnt do push presses with any decent weight so decided to do some light work.
