Clean Singles up to 60 and some sets at 55 and 57.5
Jerk technique at 30
Squat: 3x5 60
Push press : 5x3 45
Lost form on some of the squats, Im bringing the camera next time. I realised a flaw in my clean technique today that im going to work on. I start the second pull (after the "deadlift" right?) to late. Any drills or ideas on how to fix this? Hang cleans maybe?
I cant seem to clean 60 though 57.5 is easy, I think its in my head only...
