changing workout routine
i have been training bodybuilding for about six months now
when i began i was only able to carry 44 lbs for military press and in four months i was able to train with 77 lbs but the next two months the progress stopped and i'm stuck with this weight.
i heard that it's essential to change the workout routine , but is it enough to change number of reps and sets and alter workouts?
and will i see results soon after i change it ?
