Back Squat: ...100x5, 117.5x5, 132.5x7
Steep Incline Pin-Press**: ... {50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 70}x5
Stretching.
* Have been staying up a bit late this week. Felt pretty sleepy... I think I lost the first 90 because of balance.
** Looking for an exercise to work on my pressing strength... didn't have a spotter, and seem to be able to do a bit more weight on these.
Have decided to see an osteopath about my right shoulder as its not getting any less twingey.
