Well unfortunately I have to take some downtime from oly lifting. The gym where I am at basically has a lat pulldown, pullup bar, smith machine and treadmill. Not the ideal situation and it sucks. For now I am going to go with some calisthenics/conditioning probably for the next 2 weeks. Any suggestions?
