There are lots of products and training protocols that claim "X percentage of increase in GH release" - my question, assuming they are true (some seem to have some science behind them) is: is this increase part of a total increase in GH release/production or does it just shift the release time so your body is still making the same amount, you just get a spike from the training protocol ?
