FS: Worked up to 225x5, 230x5, 235x5 (PR), 185x5
Did some shrugs and chin-ups, alternating:
DB Shrugs: 120x15, 130x10, 120x15
Eliptical 20 mins
Would have done a bit more volume w/ FS but knee was still a bit tender and didn't want to push my luck.
