Ok so my knee held up pretty well today. I did Lots of foam rolling on it as well as roll a wooden cylinder piece along that area.. really found a lot of knotted tissue.
Power Cleans: 135 x 5 x 3
Deadlift: 175 x 5, 205 x 5, 245 x 5, 285 x 5, 325 x 5
GM's: 125 x 10, 115 x 10, 105 x 15, 15
HLR: 4 x 15
