That's what it looks like to me too. I need to stay away from the CF. Just ask Dr. G haha. I know it's bad for me, and yet some guy in board shorts with a wallet chain and a mohawk yells 3,2,1, GO!!! and I break into this uncontrollable frenzy like a manchurian candidate. Directing me to a Crossfit box would be like sending a coke addict to Columbia on an all expenses paid vacation :-D

On a side note, I can't believe how much progress I've made since abandoning CF. I back squatted 210 for 10 reps today. When I was following CF, I struggled to hit 225 for 3.

I think I'll stick to Catalyst and Cal Strength as my go to gyms.
