Sorry I'm new to the forum!
I enjoy crossfit all and all but the training is leaving me in a bad way. I like the strength/ oly lifting side of the Hybrid program and I honestly think it's adding up to be a bit much too. I'd really like to keep it in and around the same kind of thing but was wondering if there is a better approach to it all.
I've got in pretty good shape with the hybrid too..and would like to keep my build..or even pack on a bit of size!
So pretty much a strength/oly program with conditioning in a smart way that isnt going to leave me in the state of overtraining...
